IPD Welcomes Deputy Governor of Bangkok to Explore Its Waste Management Model

On March 3, 2025, at 1:00 PM, IPD Packaging Co., Ltd., led by Dr. Nataraj Poonsupmanee, Managing Director, and Ms. Sandee Poonsapmanee, Deputy Managing Director, along with the executive team, welcomed Mr. Jakkapan Phiw-ngam, Deputy Governor of Bangkok, during his field visit to Bueng Kum District. The visit was also attended by Ms. Benjaporn Sakruea-ngman, Director of Bueng Kum District, and other district executives.

 

 

 

 

 

 

During the visit, the Deputy Governor explored IPD’s waste separation model, which has been implemented since 2017. This initiative has successfully reduced waste disposal by over 40%, increased waste recycling rates, and significantly lowered greenhouse gas emissions. Moreover, it has fostered environmental awareness among employees and the surrounding community.
